Double-rotor continuous Mixer compounding extruder
Characteristic and advantage:

◆ The double rotor mixing section is based on the design of tensile compounding mechanism. through the unique effects of folding, extrusion and kneading, it has the outstanding characteristics of low shear and low energy consumption, and can achieve better dispersion and mixing at lower equilibrium temperature.
◆ Unique host pressure control means, can on-line control of material residence time, filling rate, mixing degree and specific power consumption.
◆ With various types of rotor design, combined with the variable embedded cylinder structure, can realize the combination change and the flexible adjustment of the key structural parameters of the main machine, meeting the requirements for adapting to different materials and processes.
◆ Compared with the twin-screw, it has a larger working volume of the main extruder, and has better tolerance and adaptability to the size state of the raw material (fluffy or bulk material).
◆ The main extruder barrel is a split structure, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance and material replacement.
◆ The double rotor is a double support structure at both ends, which strengthens the stress stiffness and avoids the direct friction contact and unnecessary wear between the screw and the cylinder in the twin screw extruder.
